I've been trained. When I take off my pants...I have a little drawer on the dresser that I must put my things in. Took 3 lighters, a ton of change on the bottom of the washer, and 2 pairs of gum & pen stained khakis to teach me that (and a close call with my wallet).

Also, indoor clothes lines. They're wood and you can get them at Walmart/Target. We have 3 and every night before we go to bed...we hang up whatever needs to be "non-dryer'd" (like my dress pants, dress shirts). Keeps the furniture from being used (plus wet clothes on leather couches doesn't work) and it keeps it out of the way cuz you can just pick them up and move them.

A lil tip from Mr. Mom.
