I'm sorry, I hope you're all better. Luckly I go to the gym during my lunch hours at work. If I'm not at the gym during lunch, I try to do some exercise at home or go to the gym at work. It's always important to exercise rather you need it or not. :)

I knew what you were gonna say the minute you said pain. Good to hear you're healing up..take it easy. My fiance had cellulitis and was laid up for 3 months...3 1/2 weeks in the hospital so I understand what you're going through.

Good news...the stockings come in beige so you can kinda hide it. ;)

Hey girl! My friend Colleen has been dealing with the same issue since July... She twisted her ankle at Longwood gardens, swelling never really went down after that... so they sent her for an ultrasound, found a blod clot, right under her knee, which i guess was better then above the knee... They said above the knee and they would have sent her right in for surgery or something... so anyway, here she is months later, still on coumadin, still can't drink, lol.. and she hates it... She was off her feet for a while, back to work, and then they sent her home again... been a long drawn out process... I wish you the best!

Hey Kristy;
Sorry to hear about your medical problems. Know that I will keep you in my prayers for a full and speedy recovery. As a good friend told me; get well, you'll feel better. Terry, Stefanie, and Gabriel are visiting Dick and I in AZ and we are loving it. Invitation still open to you and Steve. Know also that I love you. Love, Aunt Dotty

Hi kristy,
I'm very sorry 2 hear about U're condition! I talked 2 U're Mom 4 a long time-I don't know how 2 get ahold of U. My # is 262-492-2087, so call me sometime so I know how U're doing.
I know what it feels like 2 have 2 get shots in the stomache! In 1999 I had 2 shoot myself 4 a full year, because I had chronic hep C. It was kind-of like chemo that I was shooting into my stomache. I was so sick, temp of 101 everyday. my hair was falling out, & my stomache was like aligator skin from all that poking. my forehead was even chapped from the temp everyday. But I survived it & so shall U! I will pray 4 U, & I just know that all will be well!!! Luv Ya Hun, & hope 2 hear from U soon!
Love, Terri...
PS Could you send me your phone number and address? I have some pictures I want to send to you. Love, Aunt Dotty

That sounds really scary, but I'm glad you caught it. I can't imagine how painful shots in the stomach would be. Eek!

ACK. I'm sorry! :( Sending you my best thoughts...I hope it all gets resolved soon and it sounds like this will be good motivation to quit smoking (since you said you wanted to).

They are worried about this happening to me since I spend so much time at a desk... and I never listen.

Get better, and get better soon - but make sure you take enough time to relax. You need to be better mentally and physically. Something like this comes totally out of the blue, it's gotta knock you down a notch or two, so definitely make sure you do some quality "me time" as well.

Pain meds = god's gift to ailing women.
