What a lovely layout you have! *giggles*

Seems like you had a lovely August! I love Staycations! I did that for basically the entire summer this summer. Great photos! That bridge shot is really cool! Oh, and super cool camera! Canons are the best! I am also a Canon girl! We seem to have a couple things in common and I haven't even been on this page for 5 minutes.

Anyway, nice to meet you. :)

I picked some up yesterday at Walmart along with the concealer, and WOW! I just put it on for the first time and am pretty impressed. I went for a shade slightly lighter than my skin is right now because I know my skin will get paler very soon, so you can kinda see the foundation in my pores a little bit if you look closely, but that's only because it's a lighter shade than my skin, and the same thing happens with all foundations that are too light. Other than that, I'm extremely impressed with the texture and the coverage. It feels and looks so light, but it does a good job of hiding my blemishes and acne scars. Now the true test is to see how well it holds up. I didn't bother washing my face this morning before putting it on, so I'm sure in a matter of hours my face will be a greasy mess. Hopefully it won't be that obvious, though.

My skin is definitely oily. I wash it at and when I wake up it feels like an oil slick, all gross and greasy. I was having the exact problem with the Bare Minerals. It's like it all of sudden just started freaking my skin out. I went for the dream mousse solely based on the interwebs and love it because it's smooth but light and it still makes my skin soft an stays on all day without doing that settling thing. I'm glad I swithed because I'm definitely one to stick with what I know. If you get it let me know how you like it!

Is your skin oily at all? If so, how does that foundation hold up? I have large pores too and also use Bare Minerals. I'm a huge fan of the stuff, but occasionally it's like my skin goes through phases where the Bare Minerals just doesn't look good at all. It settles into my pores and collects in the cracks at the sides of my nose and my chin. Lately it has been going through one of those phases, and I also will be needing a lighter shade soon too. I may just have to pick up some of that Dream Matte Mouse based on your recommendation.
