We decided to keep a public website documenting the process of buying our first home and making it ours. It serves as a digital portfolio and scrapbook for our thoughts and ideas of decorating the house. It's also a way of preserving this big step in our lives as well as an easy way of updating those who are interested.

Who Are We?

Steve further on that downward slope to thirty than Kristy is, works on cars both for a living and in his spare time and likes video games and things that go vroom (typically manly stuff!). He is most excited about having his own garage and a permanent and safe place to park his Jeep and his Night Ranger pickup.

Kristy isn't too far behind Steve on that downward slope but is higher than him and that's all that matters. She an all around computer genius during the day and spends evenings eeling guilty for playing too many video games or surfing too much of the Internet when she probably should be more domestic. Probably! She is most excited about having a brand new place to decorate, a bigger kitchen and new furniture.

Sammy is the family dog but you wouldn't know it by the way he acts. He spends his days sleeping and his nights begging his Daddy to play with him or cuddling with his Mommey (especially now that it's getting colder). He is most excited about having his own fenced in yard.

Louis is the family bearded dragon. He sleeps most of the time like his brother Sammy but also likes to wake Kristy up by running around and around and jumping from place to place in his cage. He is most excited about being in the living room where he can watch everyone do their thing.
